Dr. Andrew Peshek has over 15 years of experience in psychiatry. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH, and completed his residency and fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania. His career includes teaching psychopharmacology, working at the Philadelphia VAMC, and conducting research in TMS/Brain Stimulation labs and clinical trials at Penn. He served as Medical Director at Philadelphia Consultation Center for over 10 years.

Scheduling

Appointments can be requested via the contact option on the website or by email at info@apeshekmd.com. Scheduling is done electronically.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $60 no-show fee. Multiple no-shows may result in advance payment requirements or discontinuation of services.

Phone Calls

Dr. Peshek’s office is not always immediately available by telephone. Urgent issues should be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency room. Voicemail is available for non-urgent matters. Email is used for administrative matters at no charge, but care-related questions requiring the doctor’s expertise may incur a fee.

Medication Refill Policy

Patients should track their medication supply and have appointments scheduled before running out. Refill requests can be made between visits for a fee. Patients must be seen at least every three months for continued refills.
